Do I need a complete tech pack?
No. A clear reference, target customer, quantity and price range can start the conversation. More complete specifications usually reduce sampling rounds.
How are MOQ and lead time confirmed?
They are reviewed by category, material, complexity, color count, branding and total quantity. Final figures are confirmed after the brief is assessed.
Can multiple categories be developed together?
Yes. Apparel, footwear and accessories can be planned as one collection, while each category keeps its own technical and quality requirements.
